Returns And Refunds Policy

Return and Recovery Policy:

If you would like to return your purchases from mrgcenter.com whether for replacement or final return and refund, here’s everything you need to know about this.

Terms and conditions for replacement or Return:

- Replacement or Return must be made within 15 days of the date of your purchase invoice.

- The invoice must be retained for further use in case of replacement or return.

- You must show the original purchase invoice containing the product to be returned or replaced.

- Make sure that the product is safe and that it is free of any apparent defects from purchasing in our stores or on receipt in case of online ordering.

- The product must be returned with all the correct items, the package is intact and all the additions attached to the product, if any of them are found to be incorrect, the return or replacement will not be approved. 

- Any product that exceeds the initial recovery period as described above, MRG has the right to accept or reject the return or replacement process.

- You must also return any free or discounted products purchased together as part of a promotion.

- Products with specifications are returned or replaced below:

  1. Products that do not match the desired sizes or color.
  2. The products are defective on arrival.
  3. Loss of products during delivery and non-receipt.
  4. The product is irreparable.

How to return or Replace Products

If you wish to return or replace the products, please contact our customer service team +965 – 6612 6149, which will arrange this in accordance with the terms and conditions of the replacement and/or defective products.

Special Returns

Based on the decisions of the Consumer Protection Authority, it is forbidden to return or replace products that touch the skin, including but not limited to watches, underwear and lingerie... Etc. So please make sure the products match your wishes before purchasing.

Electric Returns

We cannot accept the return of the above mentioned products unless a defect is found within 15 days  of receiving  it, including these:

  1. MP3/4.
  2. Photo Frames.
  3. A. External Memory Device (USB).

Fees and Refunds

- Returns are free for damaged received items. Fees will apply to items where your opinion changes after the product is delivered.

 

- Refunds for products purchased under a promotion depend on the terms of the promotional price. Package offers or "Buy 1 and get 1" offers for free: In this case, you'll have to return all the items in this offer.

 

- Refunds will be settled as soon as the return product is received and quality checks are carried out, usually taking 4 to 5 days, then two business days to issue the refund. Please note that sometimes the refund won't appear in your account until the next statement cycle is issued from your bank.

 

- We will refund the delivery fee in full if the product received is faulty/damaged and you return all your order products at the same time. If you choose to keep certain products, we will retain the delivery fee balance that applies to the products you hold.

 

- A 7 days refund guarantee if you change your mind, provided that the goods are new and in a resale condition and consumables (cartridges, blank tapes, CDs, DVDs) and accessories (cables, chargers, batteries ... ) are still sealed, the funds can be recovered upon the approval of the MRG within 7 days after delivery. (exceptions apply, see electric returns). However, delivery or delivery fees will be deducted from the supplier in addition to the card transaction fees in addition to any additional charges incurred by courier collection.

 

Delivery Fee

If you tell us that you will return all your order within 14 days of receipt due to defective products, we will refund the delivery fee in full. If you are returning only some products, the delivery fee will not be refunded in full.

 

Get Your Money
