3. Request Process

3.1 As a registered user or visitor, you can order and purchase products through the service. If you have to pay an amount to a product you have ordered, you must pay the full amount through the payment methods available for this product as described during the order process, including shipping costs and other charges that may apply to this order. All applications you complete on www.mrgcenter.com are subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms.

3.2 "Confirmation" is a stage that determines the final details of your request. After this, we will send you an email confirming the operation detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not in order to confirm the request or accept the request by MRG.

3.3 after your order is accepted, the contract between you and you will be completed after the order is accepted by delivering what you have ordered to you, if you have paid for the purchase of products using your card or when delivering the products to your address and provided that we receive the full purchase price, unless we notify you that your order has been rejected or unless you cancel the order (please refer to the Refund Section).

3.6 Parties other than MRG may advertise, provide services or sell their products in www.mrgcenter.com these purchases from third parties will be restricted at the time of the order and these terms will apply to them as well as any other terms and conditions that may be dictated by this third party who made the sale. MRG does not guarantee the offers made by any of these companies or individuals, and that your purchase from any of these parties or individuals is your personal responsibility and you have to bear the cost.

4. Payment

4.1 Payment is made using a credit or debit card ("Card") at the time we receive your order for the relevant products, and after we verify your card details. We also accept cash or card payments upon receipt of products, in accordance with the terms set out in section 5 below. Products are provided according to their presence. In case we are unable to provide products, we will notify you as soon as possible. The full amount you have paid for the product will be refunded.

4.2 To make sure that the card is not used without your consent, if you want to use a K-net payment card, we will direct you to the payment gateway for the K-net cards where you will be asked to enter the card details (such as card number, expiry date, pin code). If you choose master card and visa as payment method, you will be directed to the master card and visa payment sprees website, where you will be asked to enter card details (such as card number, expiry date, pin code). we will verify the authenticity of your name, address, and other personal information you provided to us during the application process using appropriate third-party databases. By accepting these terms, you agree to conduct such checks. personal information you have provided to the registered reference credit agency (K-net or the master card and visa payment procedures website) may be disclosed, which may keep a record of that information. Please note that this is done only to confirm your identity and that your credit rating will not be affected. All information you have provided to us will be handled securely and in full accordance with applicable law.

4.3 The responsibility for verifying customers, credit card data and other payment cards, verifying the validity of the card discount and completing the transaction is located on the payment gateway used and/or the bank that issued the card. MRG assumes no liability for any losses or damages resulting from fraudulent transactions caused by electronic attacks, theft on the payment gateway, the bank that issued this card, theft of customer credit card data, pin, password verification details or any other details that permit purchase through the payment portal by malicious persons or persons who illegally own the card.

4.4 The price you pay for the products you have ordered is the price offered to www.mrgcenter.com at the time your order was received, except for a few exceptions. Although we have been assured that all product prices are accurately stated, some errors can occur. If we discover an error in the prices of products you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible, and we will give you the option to reconfirm or cancel your order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the application as cancelled. If you cancel the order and you have already paid for the products, you will recover the full amount.

4.5 Payment can be made by the method specified in the www.mrgcenter.com to obtain information about secure online request, see the protection section.

4.6 The risk of loss or damage and ownership of the products you have ordered on the www.mrgcenter.com website will be transmitted to you as soon as you receive the products at the address mentioned by your order, or on the date of the first delivery attempt by us, provided that we have received the full price of the products.

4.7 All the prices mentioned are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) and include taxes (if any) at applicable current rates but exclude delivery fees, unless expressly stated otherwise (for more details, please see delivery information including delivery fees).

5. Pay on Delivery

As mentioned in section 4.1 above, we allow registered users to pay for the ordered products either in cash or by using a bank card upon delivery at the user's address if the user chooses this service during the application. However, any payments upon delivery are subject to:

5.1 Cash will be made to the authorized customer service officer for collection immediately before delivery of the required products.

5.2 Upon receipt of the full amount, the administrator will deliver the order, invoice and delivery document.

5.3 The customer may not pay by cheque or use gift vouchers or discount vouchers instead of cash or bank card payments, if you choose to pay on delivery.

5.4 The customer may not withhold the required products. These products will not be delivered until you pay the specified price in full. the required products are paid for on delivery. The recipient must be the registered user who made the order for the products or the person he represents provided that evidence of that person's representation is provided to the registered user and the buyer must produce a personal proof document.

5.5 if the customer is not present at the specified delivery address, the administrator will wait for a certain period of only half an hour and in possession of the required products. If the customer is not present at that time, the administrator will have to leave and then contact the customer again during the day. If this is not possible, the delivery of that request will be postponed until the next day.

5.6 if the customer service officer cannot communicate with the customer within 24 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 By using our website, you acknowledge and agree that all material and content contained in the www.mrgcenter.com are available only for non-commercial personal use, and you also acknowledge that you are downloading only for the purpose of using this site. 7.6 Despite anything contrary to this, the total liability that falls on MRG (whether in default, contractual or other liability) for any loss or damage sought by you as a result of your use of the site is limited to an amount equivalent to the amount paid or paid by you to the product or products in the context of a single incident or a series of incidents attributable to the same reason.

8.1 The contract between you and MRG is subject to the laws of the state of Kuwait, without consideration of the rules of conflict of laws and any dispute between you and MRG that is exclusively considered in the courts of Kuwait.

8.2 We have selected these products on the basis that they will be used for personal use only, if you plan to use them for commercial purposes, we advise you to ensure that you have the right insurance coverage. If you decide to use the products in the context of a business, we exclude (to the maximum extent permitted by law) those guarantees and conditions relating to appropriateness for a particular purpose. Our maximum responsibility for commercial purpose users is limited to the value of the replaced product (except in the case of death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or in connection with fraud). For users for commercial purposes, we do not accept responsibility for the suitability of products for commercial purposes, nor do we accept liability for losses in the use of the product, or any loss exceeding the cost of products in the event of a claim due to breach of warranty condition or any other condition.

8.3 MRG assumes no responsibility for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms if the cause is wholly or partially caused by the events in and/or due to force majeure, either directly or indirectly, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. to avoid any doubt, the events of force majeure mean without limitation the events of war, riots, civil war, rebellion, earthquakes, hurricanes, floods or other natural disasters and/or natural actions.

8.4 Any links or references to other internet sites ("hyperlinks") contained in the www.mrgcenter.com by MRG are for convenience for www.mrgcenter.comusers, and MRG is not responsible for the content or operation of any of these internet-connected sites. any hyperlinks to such web sites should in no way be regarded as a promotion by MRG or advertising or confirmation in relation to content, statements, accuracy, products, services or content. the use of these hyperlinks is at your own risk and at your cost.

8.5 You may not assign, transfer or subcontract any of your rights or obligations under these terms or request products to any third party, except with the written consent of MRG.

8.6 MRG reserves the right to transfer, assign or subcontract any part of any of its rights or obligations under these terms or any other relevant contract, to any third party.

8.7 If part of these conditions is considered by any competent authority to be invalid or not fully or partially applicable, this does not affect the validity or viability of the other conditions.

8.8 These terms do not create or grant any rights or benefits that are enforceable by any person who is not a party to them, except for a person who succeeds or authorizes another and is determined as stated under article (10.5) or (10.6).

8.9 Any delay or failure by MRG to exercise any powers, rights, or damages under these terms does not amount to a waiver of MRG, and any exercise of part of these rights and powers, does not prevent the collection of other rights or damages or the exercise of more of them. To make an effective concession must be written and signed by a representative authorized by MRG.

8.10 These terms, including the documents or other sources referred to in these terms, are above all previous assertions, understandings and agreements between you and MRG relating to the use of www.mrgcenter.com including the use of the services and/or product request and determines the total agreement and understanding between you and MRG regarding the special use of the www.mrgcenter.com site.

8.11 When you visit www.mrgcenter.com or send us emails, you communicate with us electronically. you agree to receive communications from us electronically. we will communicate with you by email or by posting ads on www.mrgcenter.com .

you agree that all agreements, notices, statements, and other communications we provide to you electronically meet any legal requirement that communication be written.

9. Discount Coupons

As part of our product promotions, we may issue discount coupons to registered users from time to time so that registered users are entitled to claim them under the following conditions:

9.1 All coupons that we distribute, if any, are claimed through the site only, unless we mention otherwise.

9.2 Discount coupons are valid for use during the display periods during which they were issued.

9.3 Discount coupons apply from the date of their issuance to the expiry date shown.

9.4 If discount coupons are used to purchase through the website, they must be used before exiting the site.

9.5 The same coupon may not be used twice, partially used or used to retain credit in our customer account.

9.6 One discount coupon can be used for each purchase or electronic purchase. more than one product can be purchased with one discount coupon.

9.7 Coupons are valid for use within Kuwait only.

9.8 we reserve the right to exclude the use of discount coupons on time-limited offers on the website from time to time without the need for prior notification.

10. Online Public Offers

Discount on online sales or promotions applies only to those products described on the site, from time to time. Sale of these products is subject to the terms and conditions described in these products on the website at the time of sale, as well as the terms and conditions set out herein. In the event of any noticeable difference between the terms and conditions of these products subject to discount/promotional sales, and the terms of this agreement, MRG reserves the right to explain and clarify any difference. 12. Easy Recovery

We are committed to selling high quality products and we hope you will enjoy them. However, we also know that for one reason or another, there may be a time when you may need to switch or return something you have purchased.

Please make sure that your product is carefully checked when delivering before use or before you install.

We also recommend that you keep your delivery receipt and a copy of your order, which you can access from your profile inwww.mrgcenter.com , as a guide to purchase in case of any after-sales enquiry. Products purchased can be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days of purchase, subject to the conditions set out in section 13 below.

All sizes and measurements of the products are approximate but we try to ensure that they are as accurate as possible. Sometimes the product specifications of the manufacturer may have changed or there may be a problem with the availability of some products, in which case an alternative of the same quality or better can be provided at the same price. In such cases, we may provide alternative products unless we agree otherwise with you.

Please note that the refund will be made in the same way you used during the purchase or you have the option to accept gift coupons, replace the product with the same amount you originally paid when you contacted the customer service center or fill out the contact form on the "contact us" page on the website. a refund if you purchase using K-net, master card or visa requires four to six weeks.

13. Terms and Conditions of Guarantee (if there is a defect in the product)

Any product malfunction or malfunction: warranty does not include repairs due to misuse, incorrect installation, breakage or spillage.

Replacement Policy

All products sold through www.mrgcenter.comwill be replaced by new products if the service center cannot repair them, in case of damage or misuse of the product or by a customer error, the product will not be replaced but can be repaired at your risk and for a small fee. If there is no same model in the showroom, you can choose another model by paying the difference. The same warranty for the new product will continue. general conditions and exoneration of liability

Terms of the warranty do not include:

Batteries, hoses (all kinds), accessories such as heads (all kinds, brushes, etc...), shelves, handles, drawers, cleaning products, plastic parts, broken parts, handles, burning lamps, boxes used to carry items, transformers.

Any damage or malfunction due to negligence, misuse. etc.

The Service center of the www.mrgcenter.com site under this warranty is solely responsible for repairing or replacing spare parts, at its discretion, and as it deems appropriate. Service center is not responsible for any damages, costs, expenses or any claims directly or indirectly, private or otherwise arranged (whether due to negligence of the service, its authorized dealer or otherwise) or any liability arising from or relating to any defective or disabled parts.

Warranty is not valid if the product or any part of it is broken or tampered with.

Note: any work outside the warranty period is guaranteed for one month from being returned to the customer, for the repaired defect.

Products with manufacturing defects are not repaired but are replaced.

Any repairs to the products will be charged after the end of the warranty period.

You have the right to replace the product in case of a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired during the warranty period.

This does not affect your legal rights.

14.  Delivery Service Information

When you find the products that you want to buy onwww.mrgcenter.com add them to your shopping cart. then go to the payment process which is easy and fast (checkout) and you will find that we offer delivery to anywhere in Kuwait. Orders with a value of 20 KD or more are free of charge but orders of less than 20 KD are subject to a 2 KD delivery fee.

Delivery time depends on the accuracy of the delivery address details you provide. we make every effort to provide and deliver products at the approximate delivery time, but delays sometimes occur due to unforeseen circumstances. MRG is not liable for any delay or failure to deliver products at the expected time of delivery. You'll have the opportunity to review, change, update, or add delivery address details each time you make a request (checkout). You can also select a different delivery address and your order will be delivered to your workplace, or delivered to a friend's address.

www.mrgcenter.com website guarantees that we are fully responsible for any manufacturing defects identified/or any non-false complaints you may have within a period of up to fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.

14. Express Delivery Service Information Within 4 Hours

- Order before 2 pm and delivery will take place within 4 hours. order after 2 pm and delivery will take place before 12pm the next day.

- delivery fee 2.500 KD.

- 4-hour express delivery charges are non-refundable if wrong delivery information is placed or if the customer is not able to access the phone number.

- orders through express delivery within 4 hours cannot be rescheduled, but in case of a change of appointment you can call the customer service center at +965 – 6612 6149.

- express delivery service within 4 hours is not available in the following areas:

15. Delivery Address

The products ordered through the www.mrgcenter.com can only be delivered in Kuwait. we are not currently delivering anywhere else. Upon delivery, the receipt must be signed by an adult 21 years of age or older.

Please ensure that you give the correct delivery address when printing the invoice as this will enable us to deliver quickly and in time for you and other customers.

Please provide the following information:

- Province.

- Block Number.

- Street Number.

- Building Number.

- Recipient's Name.

- Recipient's Phone Number.

16. Change Delivery Address

If there is a change in the delivery address after the invoice is issued, we cannot accept change instructions directly on the phone for security reasons, please contact the customer service center +965 – 6612 6149.

17. Confirmation of Delivery

We do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery times and dates, but please be aware that this time will be approximate only and the actual delivery time may be different due to delays for various reasons that cannot be controlled.

18. Terms and Conditions for Delivery

In the absence of the customer, the delivery is considered to have been made if any family member or member of the domestic worker living in the same address the customer signs the invoice or delivery notice.

Products are considered to have been delivered in good condition, in due course, once you have accepted or your representative accepts the delivery notice. for delivery products, the delivery team will conduct a quality check in your presence.
